A course that will provide you with an overview of the varied cuisine of Peru through the use of native products and those adopted from other culinary schools; as well as in the elaboration of its most recognized recipes of the coast, mountains and jungle, which have been declared by the OAS as Cultural Heritage of the Americas.
The methodology that will be applied will be through practical classes where you will learn the preparation of different typical Peruvian dishes and discover the main ingredients that these require.
