Full course description
In this course we will know part of the sweet legacy that our ancestors left us; we will see how our supplies adapt to techniques brought in the time of the conquest and how the most representative Peruvian bakery is made. In this course, we will know its main ingredients, the elaboration process, its uses and derivatives.
